The DILG has been pushing for citizens’ feedback mechanism to gauge their awareness and satisfaction with the mandated services of local government units.

This program measures citizens’ satisfaction of the local government units delivery of basic services on health , education, social welfare, governance and response, public works and infrastructure, environmental management, and economic and investment promotion.

Results of the CSIS have undergone analysis and was presented to the local government.

Ong said the CSIS results will then form part in identifying priority interventions and development in initiatives in the improvement of the delivery of basic services of the local government unit.
