After receiving their titles, Enciso encouraged the agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) to be members also of ARB organizations (ARBOs) in their respective areas to avail of the various support services extended by the DAR to its beneficiaries.

Support services such as farm machineries, credit facilities, livelihood trainings and many others, are coursed through the ARBOs, Enciso explained.

Samar provincial agrarian reform adjudicator Nellie Canillas further explained to the new landowners the obligations attached to being an ARB emphasizing the prohibition of selling their newly acquired land under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) within a period of 10 years.

The lands, according to municipal agrarian reform program officer Linda Agbon, were situated in the villages of Pajo, Bangon Gote, Cambatutay Viejo, Bahay, Dapdap, Palencia, Bonga, Cambatutay Nuevo and Majacob.
